InternLM-XComposer-2.5 is a versatile large-scale visual language model that supports long-context input and output. It performs well in a variety of text image understanding and creation applications, achieving levels comparable to GPT-4V, but only using 7B's LLM backend. The model is trained on 24K interleaved image text contexts and scales seamlessly to 96K long contexts, extrapolating via RoPE. This long-context capability makes it outstanding in tasks that require extensive input and output context. In addition, it also supports ultra-high-resolution understanding, fine-grained video understanding, multi-round multi-image dialogue, web page production, and writing high-quality graphic articles.
