StrongrFastr Plan Generator automatically generates customized macro-meal plans that meet your protein, carb, and fat goals in seconds. Simply fill out your profile to match specific macro-nutrition goals and click "Generate Plan." The Plan Builder will create a meal plan based on recipes/meals that meet your nutritional goals. Note that by default, your macronutrients will be calculated automatically, but if you want to create a meal plan that meets specific macronutrient goals, you can set this in the Advanced tab.
